I've posted a poll (to the left) seeking some input. Perhaps I could try to drink only beers from the western or rocky mountain states. Maybe I could boycott a particular state altogether. Perhaps you'd like to read a serialized fictional story with beer as the primary plot line. (I haven't given this one a lot of thought but I think it could be done.) Could be you're sick of my stuff and you'd like to see some real talent come in and post guest columns now and then.
Cast your vote between now and the first part of January. If you've got some other suggestion, leave a comment for this post. I'm not sure I'll have the fortitude to carry though with a gimmicky new year's resolution but we'll see.
(I think this is the 125th post at Beer Rant....just saying.)

You could go on a beer trek across your state and nearby ones and tour all the breweries and brewpubs you can. Report on your findings.
If travel isn't possible, you could always focus in on one or two of your favorite styles and review all of that style that you can.
'Chipper' Dave, that's just the sort of input I was hoping for. The poll is probably just a gimmick in itself, but I'm open to all sorts of suggestions and your seem to be right on the mark. I've been to a couple of Arizona's craft brewers but I think there are a couple (Prescott and Flagstaff) that I've yet to see and I'm always up for visiting the others again. The single style format is even more interesting - I might even flip it on its head and pick a style that I don't particularly like or know much about and delve into that. Maybe I'll gain a new appreciation for a style I've not much explored or liked. (I didn't like IPAs when I first started beer blogging and now it's one of my preferred styles when done right.) Your suggestions show you've caught on to the spirit of my question and I appreciate the input. Cheers to you.
